Tribal Flow: 75-minute Power Yoga Class set to music where there is more freedom to express the full potential of each pose. This class is heated.
Power Yoga 101: This class is about getting back to the basics. It is a foundational practice that focuses heavily on alignment and breath to create ease. A great place for beginners to start, and for advanced practitioners to go deeper. Throughout the hour, the teacher will workshop particular poses in order for you to gain a deeper understanding of the pose in your body. This class is low heat.
Core & More: 75min class for all fitness levels that combines yoga postures with interval training to give you an intense, strength-building work-out. Areas targeted include glutes, legs, abs and upper body. If you are looking to take your yoga to the next level by challenging yourself physically and mentally, this class is for you. This class is heated.
Free Form Vinyasa: This is a vinyasa class that changes from week to week. This is a LOW heat class with music.
Forrest Yoga: Designed for the beginning and intermediate student with up-level postures given for more advanced yogis. This class will help you experience the many benefits of Forrest Yoga: building core strength, stretching and strengthening your muscles and creating space in your joints. Classes include seated postures, abdominal exercises and sun salutations to heat and prepare the body to move safely through standing sequences, building towards a peak pose and ending with a restful Savasana. All ages and ability levels are welcome, including those working with injuries. Modifications, options and alignment cues are offered for all levels of practitioners. This class is low heat.
Slow Flow: This class is great for people looking for a slower pace than our other power yoga classes. The class focuses on yoga postures that increase balance and flexibility as well as build strength. Many modifications are taught so that people can take the practice at their own pace and fitness level. This is NOT heated.
Gentle Flow: Gentle flow focuses on the healing benefits of breath, yoga postures, and guided relaxation. This class will help you build strength, balance, and flexibility. Modifications are offered for anyone and everyone. Anyone can take this class. This is NOT heated.
Yoga for Cancer Survivors: In collaboration with the Sari Center, yoga for cancer survivors is for anyone dealing with the effects of cancer. This is gentle practice that focuses on balance and restoration for your body and mind. $10 Donation suggested. All proceeds go directly to the Sari Center. This is NOT heated.
Restorative Yoga: A more passive form of yoga that is a great compliment to vinyasa yoga and any other highly active sport. Props are used to support the body so that you can hold poses for longer and allow your body to open through stretching. This practice is suitable for anyone, including people recovering from significant injuries. It’s a relaxing style of practice that brings healing and restoration to your entire body and nervous system. This is NOT heated.
Yin Yoga: A non-active form of yoga that targets the connective tissues, especially the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. This can be a challenging practice given the long duration of the poses. Suitable for anyone. This is NOT heated.
Wall Yin: A non-active form of yoga that targets the connective tissues. The entire class is done at the wall and is very restorative. Suitable for anyone. This is NOT heated.
Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra is a 45-minute guided meditation that induces deep relaxation of the body-mind. The technique of Yoga Nidra enables you to remain aware while you enter into the dream and sleeping states of consciousness. It creates deep relaxation for health, mental peace and higher awareness. This is NOT heated.
Kids Yoga: Kidding Around Yoga specializes in sharing yoga and meditation with children of all ages. Using original music produced by founder Ms. Haris Lender, this technique engages children with games and other tools and activities to help children focus their minds and stretch their bodies, all while having loads of fun. It is a great method in helping children to regulate their emotions and manage stressful situations, inside and outside of the classroom. Kidding Around Yoga with Miss Stephanie uses a system based on the classical study of yoga and transforms it into an experience for children to both introduce them to yoga as well as inspire them to develop a practice and give them tools to take into adulthood.***MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR THESE CLASS SERIES***

Yoga Personal Training: Scheduled by Appointment Only. Learn one-on-one or in a small group with a PYT instructor of your choice at the studio or off-site.
1 hr. Private: $100* ($125/hr. with Christen or Preston Scott)
*Each additional person: $25
In-Class Private Session: Scheduled by Appointment Only. Be assisted one-on-one during an entire class by one of the PYT teachers or assistants. This session will help you find the proper alignment of poses for your body and help you take your practice to new places.
