The Four Agreements- Stepping into Your Personal Freedom with the Yoga Shrink

Dates: Wednesdays, May 4, 11, 18 & 25th

Time: 7:30pm- 8:45pm

Cost: $75 for members; $90 for non-members (includes The Four Agreements book)

This workshop is based on the book The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Every week, for four weeks, we will discuss one of the Four Agreements and how to integrate them into your everyday life. We will challenge longstanding beliefs that keep you from standing in your greatness. This workshop is about bringing yoga philosophy into your life so you can experience more authenticity, peace and possibility.

Beach Clean-Up & Yoga for Families with Christen Scott & Miss Stephanie

Date: Saturday, May 21st

Time: 4:00- 5:15pm

Location: Under the Juno Beach Pier

Fee: Donation

Join Christen and Miss Stephanie for 30 minutes of a beach clean-up followed by a yoga class. Kids will go with Miss Stephanie from Kidding Around Yoga under the Juno Pier for Kids Yoga. Adults will be led in a Slow Flow class with Christen Scott. This is a great way to connect as a family and do something good for Mother Earth and yourself.

Introduction to AcroYoga with Christen & Kimberly

Date: Sunday, July 10th

Time: 10:00am- 12:00pm

Fee: $35 members; $40 everyone else

Join Christen and Kimberly as they introduce you to AcroYoga, a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics. We will start with partner yoga that will prepare us to move into acroyoga. This class is for students who are open and willing to step out of their comfort zone and into possibility. You do not need to come with a partner as we can partner you up. Acroyoga actually has 3 people per acroyoga unit- a base, a flyer and a spotter. There will be opportunities to try all 3 roles. Come and expose yourself to something new and a ton of fun.
