 Kids Yoga (8-week series)

with Stephanie Dorr (Kidding Around Yoga)

Kidding Around Yoga specializes in sharing yoga and meditation with children of all ages. Using original music produced by founder Ms. Haris Lender, this technique engages children with games and other tools and activities to help children focus their minds and stretch their bodies, all while having loads of fun. It is a great method in helping children to regulate their emotions and manage stressful situations, inside and outside of the classroom.

Kidding Around Yoga with Miss Stephanie uses a system based on the classical study of yoga and transforms it into an experience for children to both introduce them to yoga as well as inspire them to develop a practice and give them tools to take into adulthood.


Mommy & Me Yoga (4-week series)

with Stephanie Dorr (Kidding Around Yoga)

Join Miss Stephanie on a peaceful journey through music, games, stories and fun Mommy & Baby yoga poses. Each class will offer a unique bonding experience for you and your little one, along with teaching relaxation techniques they will carry with them throughout their lives. (ages 4 and under)


40 Days to Personal Revolution

will Change Your Body and Transform Your Life

This program was designed by Baron Baptiste and will be facilitated by the Yoga Shrink, Christen Scott, Psy.D.

“A breakthrough program to radically change your body and awaken the sacred with your soul”

This program is a commitment to deepen your yoga practice and start living yoga on and off the mat. It is combination of daily yoga, meditation, diet insight, and personal reflection, with each week centered on a theme. Regardless of your level of yoga experience, this program will create lightness in your body, clarity in your mind, and an awakening of your spirit.

You will:
Practice: Yoga 6 days a week (either studio or home practice)
Meditate: Twice a day
Diet Insight: Weekly dietary themes focused on eating for balance
Personal Reflection: Journal exercises about beliefs, stories, and thoughts that are holding you back from being your most powerful self
Weekly Group Meetings: It all comes together at our weekly group meetings where we explore the week’s theme further and receive support and guidance from the group and the facilitator.

Dance-Yoga Fusion (4-week series)

with Ellis Elliott, RYT-200

Dates: Thursdays, 10/6, 13, 20 & 27

Time: 10:00am- 11:15am

Cost: $75 for members; $99 for all others

Fusing the rhythmic precision and artistic expression of dance with the healing and strengthening aspects of yoga. Classes start with a vinyasa warm-up and then students learn a choreographed dance combination that will build on itself over the four weeks. It ends with restorative yoga postures. A true fusion of yoga and dance in a fun and accepting environment.


Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga

with Kimberly Wyss

Date: Saturday, October 8th

Time: 9:00am- 11:00am

Fee: $35 members: $40 for all others

Location: John D. MacArthur Beach State Park (North Palm Beach)

Join Kimberly for a short paddle and a 45-60 minute yoga practice on the water. You will learn proper paddle techniques as well as practice a yoga class on a Stand-Up Paddle Board. Come and see what everyone is raving about. Paddle boards will be provided if needed.


Intro to AcroYoga

with Christen Scott & Kimberly Wyss

Date: Sunday, October 9th

Time: 10:00am- 12:00pm

Fee: $35 for members; $40 for all others

AcroYoga is a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics. We will start with partner yoga that will prepare us to move into acroyoga. This class is for students who are open and willing to step out of their comfort zone and into possibility. You do not need to come with a partner as we can partner you up. Acroyoga actually has 3 people per acroyoga unit- a base, a flyer and a spotter. There will be opportunities to try all 3 roles. Come and expose yourself to something new and a ton of fun.


Hip Injury Workshop

Date: Saturday, October 15th

Time: 3:00- 5:00pm

Fee: $30 members; $35 all others

This workshop will address common hip injuries such as labral tears, hip impingement, sports hernias and piriformis syndrome. Learn how you can use your yoga practice to improve stability and mobility in your hips. Whether you’ve been diagnosed with a hip condition or if you have pain or discomfort in your hips during practice or in general, this workshop is for you.

Amy Walter is a power yoga instructor, a specialist in the muscular system and both a teacher and student of yoga anatomy. Amy’s passion about how the human body moves is contagious. Her anatomy workshops for yoga teachers and students are dynamic interactive explorations of how the body moves and works in asana. She teaches with an appreciation for the diversity and individuality of each human body and how, with the proper modification, anyone can practice and benefit from yoga.

Power at the Wall

Date: Sunday, October 16th

Time: 10:00am- 11:30am

Fee: $30 for members; $35 for all others

Find new possibilities in your yoga practice by playing on the wall.  The wall will help you discover hidden strength, refine your alignment, and go upside down safely.   This is all levels playful workshop leads to breakthroughs by offering new ways to find a pose. After a series of challenging asana we will turn the wall into a restorative aid.


Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga

Teachers Assistant Training

TIMES: Friday 11/11- 5-10pm, Saturday 11/12 7am-7pm, & Sunday 11/13 7am-3pm
COST: $595

This training is for yoga teachers and students looking to gain a deeper awareness of their bodies and their yoga practice.

Assisting rapidly accelerates understanding in yoga practice. Yet conventional assisting courses rely on primarily “corrective” adjustments (from the outside in), instead of harnessing the natural intuition of the student. Learn to help students maximize independent learning, increase coordination/muscle memory, while promoting deep, relaxation in action. Hardwire new confidence & knowledge through use of action & resistance, stability & grounding, and intensity & duration.
