Class Schedule

Power Hour: A powerful, energetic practice that is based on the flow of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Attention will be focused on the breath through this vigorous and challenging practice. Restorative poses end the practice. This class is for beginners and advanced yogis. This class is heated.

Happy Hour: Power Hour Class set to music. This class is heated.

Tribal Flow: 75-minute Power Yoga Class set to music where there is more freedom to express the full potential of each pose. This class is heated.

Mindful Flow: 60-minute Power Yoga Class with a different emphasis each week focusing on mindfulness and intention. This class will incorporate more of the meditative and mindfulness components of yoga. This class is heated.

Slow Flow: This class is great for people looking for a slower pace than our other power yoga classes. The class focuses on yoga postures that increase balance and flexibility as well as build strength. Many modifications are taught so that people can take the practice at their own pace and fitness level.  This is NOT heated.

Gentle Flow: Gentle flow focuses on the healing benefits of breath, yoga postures, and guided relaxation. This class will help you build strength, balance, and flexibility. Modifications are offered for anyone and everyone. Anyone can take this 45-/60-minute class. This is NOT heated.

Yoga Foundations: This class will focus on specific poses and finding the proper alignment that works for your body. This is an opportunity to go deeper into the alignment of poses and experience a more mindful practice. This is NOT heated.

Yoga for Cancer Survivors: In collaboration with the Sari Center, yoga for cancer survivors is for anyone dealing with the effects of cancer. This is gentle practice that focuses on balance and restoration for your body and mind. $10 Donation suggested. All proceeds go directly to the Sari Center. This is NOT heated.

Restorative Yoga: A more passive form of yoga that is a great compliment to vinyasa yoga and any other highly active sport. Props are used to support the body so that you can hold poses for longer and allow your body to open through stretching. This Class includes: Yin Yoga (A non-active form of yoga that targets the connective tissues, especially the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. This can be a challenging practice given the long duration of the poses.) & Wall Yin (A non-active form of yoga that targets the connective tissues. The entire class is done at the wall and is very restorative.) These classes are suitable for anyone and they are NOT heated.

Guided Meditation: This is a 30-minute class with different forms of guided meditation, including mindfulness, yoga nidra, guided visualization, and other forms of meditation. This is NOT heated.

Foundations Class: This 60-minute class meets monthly and focuses on an aspect of the PYT practice (ex. Sun Salutations, Backbends, Balancing Postures). The focus will be on the alignment that works best for your body. This is great for beginners, people working with injuries, all the way to yoga teachers. This is NOT heated.

Kids Yoga: Kidding Around Yoga specializes in sharing yoga and meditation with children of all ages. Using original music produced by founder Ms. Haris Lender, this technique engages children with games and other tools and activities to help children focus their minds and stretch their bodies, all while having loads of fun. It is a great method in helping children to regulate their emotions and manage stressful situations, inside and outside of the classroom. Kidding Around Yoga with Miss Stephanie uses a system based on the classical study of yoga and transforms it into an experience for children to both introduce them to yoga as well as inspire them to develop a practice and give them tools to take into adulthood.

Community Class: Power Hour Class taught by Power Yoga Tribe 200-RYT Graduates, Teachers-in-Training, and/or Guest Teachers. ($10 drop-in fee for non-members)

Yoga Personal Training: Scheduled by Appointment Only. Learn one-on-one or in a small group with a PYT instructor of your choice at the studio or off-site.

1 hr. Private: $100*  ($125/hr. with Christen or Preston Scott)
*Each additional person: $25

In-Class Private Session: Scheduled by Appointment Only. Be assisted one-on-one during an entire class by one of the PYT teachers or assistants. This session will help you find the proper alignment of poses for your body and help you take your practice to new places.

Private Meditation Session with the Yoga Shrink

Christen Scott will guide you through a 45-55 minute meditation. Scheduled By Appointment Only. Meditation offerings include: mindfulness, yoga nidra, chakra balancing meditation with essential oils, and guided meditations for specific issues.
